“Early this afternoon I went out for a walk and decided to stop at Chipotle to get a meal to take home.While I was ordering my food I began to get dizzy, the room started to spin, things were going dark and the voices around me got faint. I thought for a moment I was about to die.The staff helped me to a chair, gave me some water and the most amazing part is that one of the gentleman that was working there was a first responder. This post is not about the food, which was really good, but a post about the people there.The staff, in full, did a lot more than I would have ever expected to help a stranger. The first responder was so kind and so helpful and with his help I was able to get back on my feet after a bit of a rest and walk to a local Urgent Care for a full checkup.A trained team is wonderful for a business, a loving, kind and supportive team is priceless for everyone. This team will forever have a place in my heart and forever have my gratitude.“
“I wanted to try the new Chipotle hack that everyone’s been raving about, with a lot of sour cream and cheese, and that mix of the vinaigrette and sour cream sauce (I forgot to do that), with nachos. I guess my tip next time is to probably warm it up in a microwave and get the actual sauce to pair with it. I went in and the manager Jaz took my order and she was really kind with explaining the prices, she even gave me chips on the house! “There are a few chipotle restaurants near me in flushing but I choose to drive out my way to this store. Easy parking, great staff, the food is always freshly prepared, and quick service. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a good customer experience at a chipotle.“
“The best food I have ever had! The queso is to die for! It is just spicy enough if you don't love too much spice in your food. The food is great and all, but the place had napkins and forks on the floor. The service was okay it was a little slow and I even ordered take out, but besides that service was okay. They also except almost all paying methods don't have don't have a credit card its fine because they take apple pay.“
