Walking on 116 bet.3rd - Lexington blew me away the area wasBusy wit shoppers, stores brightly lit , andThis Gem clean windows, floors, and A smile ???? at the register great service and noneOf the kids working there were on their cellphone.???? remarkable“
“I'm not a mexican-lovee, but that food tastes amazing! Tho, I have 2 complaints:It's very dirty on the tables and the floor, like there's straws and paper laying aroundIt's very cold inside! But overall it's a great Mexican restaurant!“
“Ambience is good. Highly recommended. There are seats after the counter as well. Crowded but staffs handle well, didn’t miss any in my order. Price is bit high compared to other location. Street parking is available but since it’s near time square it’s not that easy for everyone to parallel park.“
“While this combination deviates from traditional burrito ingredients, here's a creative take:1. Brown the ground beef and season with taco seasoning.2. Toast the hamburger buns until golden.3. Spread pickles on one side of the bun.4. Place a layer of green beans on the other side.5. Spoon the seasoned ground beef onto the green beans.6. Fold the bun to form a unique "burrito."Keep in mind this is a playful twist and might not resemble a classic burrito. Enjoy experimenting with flavors!“
“The manager was very informed, but a server wasn't. Appreciate that they had given a person a chance but the server needs to practice learning about the food they are serving and study a little more English. The server had to defer to the manager to understand what's the difference in the rice; for it was my first time there.Next time, I'll get condiments on the side instead of on top of my food. It was too much for me. I enjoy the flavors of my foods, without condiments.“
“Standard pick-up didn't have to talk to anyone food was on the shelf. Some homeless people stink up the place a bit but not always. Food quantity left a bit to be desired, and I swear those beans are not made normally with the amount of bloat they cause.Vegetarian options: It's a build your own place, more than half the ingredients are vegan, you just have to ask.Dietary restrictions: It's a build your own place, whatever you need, however you want.“
“It's a pretty big Chipotle but can get packed because it's near penn station. I would recommend going during off peak hours because lunch is packed. We came here around 9pm and there wasn't really anyone there. It was quick and easy to get the food. I would eat back in your apt/home since the area has loiters.“
“First time visiting New York and Chipotle. I had no idea how and what to order, but a male worker helped me with my order and let me try their sauce. He also assisted me when, out of my mind, I accidentally dropped the sauce on my coat. I sincerely want to express my gratitude! And, also importantly, their food is so great with generous portions. Undoubtedly the best Chipotle in NY!“
“I usually don’t post many reviews but Nakiya at this location was hands down the best chipotle employee I have ever had. Not only was my chipotle bowl a 10/10. Her service was incredible. Would definitely come back to this location because of Nakiya. Amazing human!“
“Even though they close 10:09 on a Tuesday and not 11 like what’s on Google and I had to walk to Central Park to enjoy it but the food was phenomenal. kissing your fingers style. The plate I got was the one you would want to finish its last piece of rice. Perfectly cooked and the cook hooked me up with good portions.“
“I am writing this solely for an amazing woman named Rosie. The Chipotle App isn't great, (god help you if you order a salad there is a 50% or less chance dressing is stocked) but it does provide some benefits. After receiving my pick up order and not finding dressing, I came to this location to ask if there was any possibility of more being created. Rosie being the amazing person she is took a moment to whip up a new batch and for that I cannot thank her more! @Chipotle - recognize this employee!!!! People like this are exactly why I will keep coming back! The food is good, and yes, sometimes you guys run out of things, but when you have people that take the extra step, I appreciate the hell out of that!!“
“Chipotle is a restaurant I've reviewed in the past, and would still continue to grade it as the best quick service mexican cuisine chain that is somewhat healthy as well. For $12 to 13, the value proposition is excellent for a rice bowl with chicken (no guac). This particular chain had a lovely ambience and plenty of mixed seating options.“
“Chipotle burritos or burrito bowls have been a lunch staple around town for decades. While they are a chain, for the most part I've considered them pretty tasty and consistent overall, you know you're getting a specific flavor for each carb (tortilla or rice), protein, beans, and salsa option. This location is no different. I usually get the chicken burrito/bowl (slight effort to be healthier) though the other proteins (carnitas, steak, barbacoa) are decent too, and I've never tried the sofritas before. I do appreciate that their proteins are usually flavorful and not too dry. Like all Chipotles in the city the line pretty much wraps around from the door to the counter during lunch hours, though it moves pretty quickly. You can be in and out in about 10-15 min. The workers really hustle and in my experience have been cordial. There's a seating area enough for maybe 20ish people at this one, though like most lunch places in Manhattan the majority of customers are ordering to go.“
“Just realizing that this restaurant in Tribeca is all about quality, the service, the food, the staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant. Everything. I love it!!I take out from there about a couple times a week and never had an issue. Food is always fresh and I always enjoy it. I ate at others but thought to leave a review because of what happened at another one (see below). I now realize they have to go above and beyond to maintain this quality on everything!I just ate to another Chipotle in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I did not realize that the standard could change that drastically from one chain restaurant location to another. I noticed the food was prepared differently there and did not seem that fresh. But I thought I have been eating at Chipotle for a decade never got sick. What could really happen ? Well 30 minutes or so later… food poisoning!! I felt it and could not believe it. Even the vinaigrette that’s supposed to be standard was different: it had sugar in it. I could taste the grains of sugar (I have been taking two vinaigrettes per salad since ordering salad it never tasted that disgusting). I ate batching businesses but please don’t cut corners on costs at the detriments of the customers health.“
“If you want to order in person, avoid going there between 12-1pm because the line gets very long. I highly recommend downloading the chipotle app and ordering from there so that you get points for every purchase, as you can get some pretty good deals for the points (ie free guac and/or chips).“
“I’ve never ate a Chipotle my entire life. This was my first time ever trying out Chipotle and I loved it. I got the kids meal don’t know the name of this burrito cause one of the staff ordered it for me since I didn’t know what to get and to my surprise I actually loved it. I usually don’t let people pick out my burrito for me cause I’m a picky eater but I really loved this burrito. And even tho it was a kids meal the portion was big and it was enough to keep me full. The staffs were friendly, the only awkward part was you have to share a table with a stranger sitting across from you, but it’s fine since nobody bothers anybody y’all just eat your food in peace. 11/10 would recommend to anyone visiting or sightseeing in Chinatown.“
“One of the best Chipotles in the area. I order 4-5x per week for pickup and my order is always ready on time if not earlier. The portions are big and the staff is really friendly. Space-wise, there's always clean tables and a place to sit.“
“I was worried because this is a new location and sometimes it takes time for a new Chipotle to get its sea legs--but the last two times I came here, the food was cooked perfectly, served quickly, and service was fast and polite. Glad to have Chipotle near me now!“
“Wonderfully situated next to the 72nd Station, with an appealing exterior appearance. Inside, the staff was medium paced in preparation, but the final result was excellent. However, the interior, especially the tables, could have been cleaner. Overall, a well-rounded Mexican Grill!“
“This location the food is good, fresh well made. The portions are perfect here. The staff is friendly & the service is fast. There’s a restroom for customers only. The restroom is clean. Been coming here to eat since it first opened. Happy Eating!“
“Food was good. It was during a massive parade and the staff was professional and courteous amongst the chaos of 200 people trying to use the rest room from the parade. Line was short and workers were efficient. All that I can ask for during a parade with 200,000 plus attendees. All the best.“
“Finally learned that the key is not to get the sour cream and sofrito/salsa, and/or hot sauce, on top of my food, but on the side so as not to interfere with the flavor of the meat and rice. Also, the condiments are cold, and I don't want the cold on my warm food.Because of that, I FINALLY get why Chipotle is so loved! It's taken me YEARS to discover this.I think the rice is flavored with either lemon or lime and I LOVE it! Especially with the cilantro. DELICIOUS! I flavor my rice the same way. Some of the rice is always a little al dente, but tolerable. Better that than mush. The best is getting the steak and chicken. Then have a seat and mix a little of the condiments as you eat. TO! DIE! FOR!“
“This place is actually my favourite fast food place I visited during my time in New York. Food is tasty and fresh, service is unbelievably quick. Limited seating but not too concerning as you are given a large paper bag for an easy take out option. Fairly expensive but expected from its area and location.“
“I have to give a shoutout to this location. I live 2 blocks away today was only the third time I’ve come in because usually I’m stumbling through Taco Bell at 3am. The food has been consistently fresh but this shoutout is for the employees!I’ve seen some shall we say “characters” come through and the staff is always courteous and professional when addressing some of the neighborhood riff raff that wanders in. That and they are truly friendly and kind. It’s a very welcome addition to the neighborhood and Hope that management takes good care of these employees…. It’s a tough industry!!! Thank you Broadway Chipotle!!Oh!! Also the restroom…. Sparkling clean. Thanks again, you all rock!“
“It’s always clean here, it gets a little hectic during rush hour but it’s understandable. The workers are pretty friendly, very informative. I’ve experienced some friendly workers and some not so friendly workers but overall I think they have a good crew.“
“I like ordering delivery/pickup from this chipotle location, because they always prep/pack very well and also (maybe I almost always get lucky or they really do have different food portion size than other locations) their food size portions are bigger than other locations. Definitely 5 star and recommended to all my friends ❤️❤️“
“Came in close to closing and instead of hurrying me out like im used to in other places they were respectful and courteous. Young man making the meal was explaining what they were running out of so I said surprise me with chicken and he did nothing short of an awesome job. Overall energy and atmosphere was positive, solid, awesome. Very conducive to good productivity very commendable??“
“I recently started getting my lunches from this Chipotle. So far it has been a good experience. Ingredients are mostly fresh. I don’t get charged for salad dressing, which is a good sign. I go there before noon to avoid the peak rush hours. But I have noticed the amount of Guacamole I get is inconsistent. Last time I got barely more than a quarter of a spoon. I have noticed this at other Chipotle too, you are at the mercy of whoever is serving you your bowl. But I get charged $3 regardless. Chipotle needs to come up with special Guacamole spoon to make it a standard. The store is mostly clean and we maintained. There’s a nice seating area for dining in.Vegetarian options: Built your own vegetarian bowl. Sofrita is good.“
“Chipotle offers fast-casual and fully customizable Mexican food made with fresh ingredients right before your eyes. Build your own burritos, bowls, tacos, or salads with options like barbacoa, chicken, sofritas, and fajita veggies. Top it off with guacamole, salsa, queso, sour cream and much more. While portions can be inconsistent, the quality and flavor are generally reliable, making it a great and popular choice for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner.“
“202301002 - My first ever visit to Chipotle ?My son have been asking me to try this staple of his in his college daysActually the food was more enjoyable and refreshing than expectedI must compliment the staff of this outletThey patiently and cheerfully explained to me what the different combos available“
“Nice location with a good amount of seating. It’s perfect for lunchtime and it’s in a nice area. When the weather is nice out, you could sit outside. I just got pick up and I did a meal. It was very good. Nothing else say normal chipotle.“
“I am surprised this is a 2 star rating here.Honestly, solid Chipotle location. Ingredients tasted fresh. Quantity was good. Service was fast.I use to work at chipotle in Texas and have probably eaten at over 100 chipotles. I would say this locations makes top 10% cut. I recommend giving it a spin.cheers“
“Umm, it’s been so long years since I had my last meal from Chipotle. I’d say is still taste the same. Really like they’re committed as being a really tasty Mexican food , and affordable as well easy access! This is how to say a success. The only thing I was disappointing with was they do not serve Quesadillas any more for local orders“
“The place sells American Mexican type food. They have burritos, tacos, enchiladas and other Mexican-style dishes prepared quickly and hygienically. The restaurants are generally small, with a few chairs or benches for eating in and the option to take away. The food is good and there are meat and chicken options. There are many restaurants scattered throughout NY and Washington DC.Vegetarian options: There are dishes that vegetarians can orderDietary restrictions: There is noParking: There is no parking. Only paid on the street or privateKid-friendliness: Yes it is an option for childrenWheelchair accessibility: If there is wheelchair access“
“Very well organized and clean Chipotle! I always order pick up and they never fail to pack my bowl completely and it’s always ready on time or before I go to pick it up. Super efficient and the staff all have situational awareness and are willing to help with any questions whether it’s ordering in person or picking up. It’s also a wheelchair accessible location that also offers a large amount of seating.“
“My experience at this Chipotle was ok. I was able to use my free entree reward. I ordered my usual burrito bowl without the guacamole or queso, but it was good all the same. If you want your free entree to really be free, avoid the things that cost extra. It will really total up to $0.00. I was really happy with my order but for some reason, the corn was frozen, yeah, frozen. That was confusing because I know for a fact that Chipotle doesn't have a freezer and they're supposed to do temperature checks at a scheduled time. I loved the barbacoa and the steak. You can never go wrong with those meat options or the tomatoes and the medium salsa. I'm obsessed. I also love that this is the test kitchen so any new ideas that they have, they'll have first before any of the other restaurants to see if people like it.“
“Chipotle truly surprised me! I hadn’t thought of catering with them but I’m so happy that I did! We were all so happy with the delicious and plentiful catering. The ordering process, delivery, customer service and food are the best. We can’t wait to do it again!“
“I'm always greeted with a smile. When I order online, I have no issues with the food. And the one time my order was messed up a little, they easily accommodated what I wanted. Hands down, best chipotle I've been to and will continue to.“
“I always order online so when I go there its always ready. One thing they can improve on is giving fast customers service. When I go there I sometimes have to wait 4/5 mins for online teams to get me my food ( even though its ready). But the cashier could easily help people out when there is no people in line. But she just stand there and talk to her co worker. This is not a complaint but this is what they can work on. So customers can get get their food faster and not have to wait longer. Otherwise everything else is good ☺️ ?“
“I work at Carnegie hall, There are 2 chipotles on 56 and this one is the best one, there’s a worker who’s name is Yna she is definitely one of the best workers there, she needs a promotion before the neighboring businesses like mine offer her better compensation for her outstanding service.“
“Clean and bright, better than the one on 51st.Vegetarian options: They have a few options that are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Need to ask, but for dairy, skip the cheese and sour cream.Parking: Best to put in a garage for ease, or have someone run in and pick up the order.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids, but no specific kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, accessible.“
“Shout out to Santiago the general manager and his whole staff! Food was amazing but the service was on another level that made my experience great ! As I was having problems with fraud on my credit card, Santiago and his staff noticed me visually frustrated and worked with me, didn't rush me and ended up giving me a new fresh order. Great service ! One of the best chipotle's !“
“I was here on Friday 1/20/24 at around 5:45 - 6 pm restaurant was pretty empty only with a few people I ordered a steak bowl and it was good the cashier and the lady making the food was nice Only deducting one star because the dining room was dirty and the soda machine been out of order for a “
“one of the best chipotles i have visited thus far! the service here is absolutely amazing and the women and gentleman that serve me every time i go always show me so much respect and love. I absolutely love this chipotle and staff. Thank you for all that you do every single “
“Went last night for dinner during class and was pleasantly surprised. This Chipotle on 8th St has had some pretty bad reviews, but I didn't think it was too bad. I ordered a burrito which was huge. Also, with the app I had free chips so I also got some guac to go with that. The guac and chips were up to par. The sour cream did kind of stick together which I thought was weird, but it didn't ruin my burrito experience. It was around 8pm and the dining room was closed which I thought was weird. Overall, the food was solid for the regular chipotle experience and I thought the staff was pretty friendly as well. It was also not that busy so that might have helped my chipotle experience.“
“I was never really a big fan because I like authentic Mexican cuisine. I found this place to be like the McDonald's fast food of Mexican food. That being said the food that I ordered from here was quite good. As you can see from my pictures I went home to grill my burrito and that came out delicious. My burrito came out crispy with more flavor and held my burrito quite well, so I got a good tasty bite when eating it, not a soggy mess of mush, like the last one I had because the steam from the meat and beans made it very soggy. I personally think that if the company is reading my review you should definitely take this opinion about grilling your burrito into consideration. I mean it makes it taste so much better. The chips and queso cheese I also picked up were good, but I have to say that I've had better chips. So I would say when hungry I don't think this place is to bad, maybe some locations better than others, but I still prefer mom and pops and authentic restaurants over this place any day.“
“I have no clue why the reviews for this Chipotle are the way they are. The staff were super sweet to me and the portion was above standard for NYC. If you are coming from the suburbs, you just have to understand that to maintain the same prices. New York quantities are just smaller. I came in seven minutes before closing, and they still were able to serve me. if you just speak to people with respect, then they will treat you with respect in return. This is a corporate area so of course lunch hour will be insane.“
“The food at this location was fresh. I was also satisfied with the portion of the food they provided me. After telling the young lady behind the counter I wanted brown rice to go inside my burrito bowl entree, they received a fresh container of white rice from the kitchen. This was unfortunate because had I known fresh white rice was going to be available momentarily, I would have chosen that instead of the brown rice. The bathroom facility was clean and updated, however, I found an unclaimed bag of marijuana on the bathroom sink upon washing my hands. Had an unclaimed bag of marijuana not have been discarded on the bathroom sink, I most likely would have given this location 5 stars. Will return.“
“This location needs to cut back on the salt in the chicken. Remember customers who watch their sodium intake, overall in all your locations, please cut back on salt, flavor of food is good would be better if I could eat without the guilt of high “
“I’ve been craving Mexican and looked up the reviews of chipotle around my area finding lots of ppl saying don’t go there. But it was good! The woman with pink hair served me and she was nice. The place was not very clean but not too bad.“
