The chef's tasting menu was fantastic. First course was salmon belly with fennel salad, excellent. Second was a rabbit spaghetti carbonara, the rabbit was surprisingly moist and the sauce was great. Third was an Asian Sea bass, possibly one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had. Then a New York strip that was cooked perfectly mid rare but a little dry, possibly did not rest long enough.
