Amazing as always. GINKO never disappoints. Our server made some excellent recommendations for new Sake's to try (our favorite was out of stock) and the chef's created a beautiful presentation of fresh, delish sushi.
Walked in with a party of 3 for dinner on a Tuesday night. There was plenty of space at the bar so we didn't have to wait. Started off with a Hitachino XR beer, and proceeded with some amazing sushi. We ordered a little bit of everything - some standouts included the negitoro handroll, otoro, and unagi. Enjoyed the ambiance of sitting at the bar and getting served immediately by the sushi chef. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

This was our first time here. Very cool subterranean space. Super friendly. Excellent quality sashimi and perfect Sapporo on tap. Loved sitting at the bar. Can’t wait till next time!
