Seriously one of my favorite neighborhood spots I've been frequenting for years, but today put an end to all of that. I called 45 minutes ahead for 3 sandwiches and when I showed up, was told they just started making them and it would be a few minutes. Cool, no big deal. I have a real friendly back and forth with the girl at the register, leave a 20% tip, and go wait in my car. 25 minutes later I go in and make sure they didn't forget about me. I politely ask for an ETA as I need to get back to work. Was told fairly rudely by another tall guy behind the counter that it would be 8 more minutes. about 12 minutes later the same tall guy comes outside and tosses the bag through my car window without saying a word and walks away. I am pretty pissed at this point and say "Seriously? Not even a "sorry for making you wait 35 minutes for a pick up?"". The guy laughed, blew me off and walked back inside. Having worked in a restaurant for years, this is disgusting customer service and I would of expected better from one of my favorite spots I've patronized for years. So disappointing. I won't be back; My local company won't be back. Get your house in order, Herb'n'Twine. You're better than that. A lot of these reviews fail to mention what could of made things right and avoided all of this. Here's an example. "Hey dude, here is your food. We're so sorry it took so long. We had a problem with . Can we give you a couple extra punches in your Frequent Twiner's card for the trouble?"
