“Ordered pretty much the Entire menu, the Smoked Turkey was hands down the best, The Italian was fantastic, the Roast Pork was well done and the Korean Fried Chicken was a very different type of sandwich with a kick to it. My only complaint would be that I would like different types of bread depending on the sandwich. Take out only makes it a little difficult to enjoy until you get home. As far as sandwich shops go this is a must have in your rotation. overall 4.7 stars for me.“

“It was the day after Christmas and almost everything in Tremont was closed. We were just about to give up and go somewhere else when we came across La Bodega. We were welcomed with a warm environment and happy employees willing to serve! The menu is incredibly long with so many options!! My fiancé ordered the 44 and I ordered the 63. Both were delicious and incredibly flavorful! We ate them in the little back room area and got to enjoy chips and a bottle of soda as well. Overall La Bodega is a fantastic sub shop, I highly recommend!“

“This is by far the best cheesesteak place! It’s in the old subway location next to k&k. I used to go to k&k…not to more lol. This place is amazing. First time I got the spicy cheesesteak…it was literally the best ?. I met the owner today, his name I’m pretty sure was Rich. West nice guy and thanked me for my 23rd order. Told him…you guys have good food! He offered me a couple free sandwiches even next time for a thank you. Very nice owner , along with very good food, and super friendly employees! I work right down the street at a machine shop so this is a common place for me and a couple other ppl for lunch!! Good job and I recommend this to anybody that…just likes good food, friendly staff and a friendly owner! Thanks again!! Some of the ppl leave bad reviews and it doesn’t make sense!! “I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

“Really great sandwiches and great service as well. I tried something out of my usual comfort zone (The Dean Martin sandwich on ciabatta) and it did not disappoint. I’ve had the pulled pork sandwich here as well and it was amazing. They have tons of side options and desserts as well. The Thai noodle salad was amazing last time I had it and the zesty slaw as well.“

“This place really is a great example of what fast food can and should be. Yes it's a bit pricier than some other fast food places but to be honest they are all getting pricey these days. At least here the cost is worth it. The sandwiches are always freshly prepared and delicious. Service is prompt and staff members are attentive. You can't go wrong with this location.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

The restaurant is always clean and the same guy has been cooking food in there for as long as I can remember. There are other Mr. Hero's in the area but this is MY Mr Hero! “Once upon a long time ago there was an Arthur T at my local malls food court in PA. It's been a few decades and nowadays its hard to even find a Long Johns.We were in the area for a trip to the Rock n Roll Hall and were looking for a place for lunch. An urge to do something fun brought us here. I didn't know when we rolled in that it was one of the last ones standing. The service was actually really great. Seems to be a family run place and the employees were very sociable.They offer a number of options here for a reasonable price. The food came out quickly and hot. We got chicken and fish which come with fries and hush puppies. The hush puppies may be the star but I'm a fanatic there. The servings of meat were a bit small, but it was damn good for fast food takeout. When you want that fix of perfectly greasy fish and chips, this is the right place.“

“I was skeptical because of course it's in a gas station and you know what they say about gas station food. But I can assure you this food is made to order right in front of your eyes and tastes amazing!!! So far I've had their gyro and their clevelander Burger with fries oh my God I will keep trying more items on the menu. Do yourself a favor and try it and it is worth every penny! So good“

“Man...this is probably the 1st time I've received a sandwich that looked like the commercial!! The guy that made my Romanburgers did an amazing job!! They looked perfect and tasted that way!! Unfortunately, the garbage can or the soda machine by the window where you order, smelled like a metropark outhouse. “I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.“

“Earlier this week I went in the store in person to come across some lil Ol lady asking me if I'm ready to order five times not even giving me a chance to browse the menu. The lady was a lil rude and had no mask on. So I left but the RomanBurger stayed on my mind. Never had one & was curious. The next day curiosity killed the cat and I just had to get my hands on one of these Romanburgers. So I ordered through Door Dash. I'm not from Cleveland so I wanted to see what the fuss was about with these Mr. Hero's sandwiches. 1st time I got a 10 inch RomanBurger with Potato Crisp and Nacho Cheese. Divine! I get it, it's a Cleveland thing and all the flavors just go perfect together. I am officially a RomanBurger fan! (Pic 1) I waited a day and then the day after that I was craving a RomanBurger again. I decided to go for a 7 inch RomanBurger BTE with Tater Tots and Cheese sauce. I requested the DoorDash app to add extra lettuce and tomato on my sandwich for there to be none when my order came. I ended up adding my own lettuce and tomatoes from home. & Since I got it from DoorDash I just reported it and they gave me a $4.50 credit for the mishap. (Pic 2) Now the next day I was craving Mr. Hero's again but decided to go for something light I ordered a 7 inch Chicken Cheesesteak with extra chicken, mushrooms, peppers and a mini cheese burger (cause I was still craving that damn burger) and some waffle fries with cheese sauce. This time when I got my order from DoorDash I think they upsized my sandwich to a 10 inch and my cheese sauce was missing. But all in all the food was divine!!! I reported it and DoorDash gave me a $1.50 credit for my cheese sauce! (Pic 3) All in all the food is decent. But don't expect this location to be precise with your order if your ordering from this location! I'm a fan of the brand. Not so much this location.“

“Excellent experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering by all the staff, very warm and welcoming. I asked for help ordering bc it was my first time and from that point on I was given one on one customer service til I cashed out at the register. Very friendly.The restaurant is remarkably clean and comfortable. Oldies music in the background. Lots of seating.I ended up ordering the 7" Godfather on everything bread. Delicious! Just the right size for a hearty lunch.Far exceeded my expectations! Will return soon to try a different sandwich, maybe a Philly next time?
