Have gotten lunch here 6 or so times. Every time the food is hot and delicious, not too greasy, and no grill char. They have great staff here which you don’t see often with chain restaurants. They are friendly, quick, and keep the dining area clean.
The staff members we encountered on our lunch were excellent.. The were absolutely slammed busy and took the time to explain what the differences were in there sandwichs... The food was excellent... Great job... Wish I got there names, would have definitely gave them a shout out ..

Visiting Cleveland for the rock n roll hall of fame stopped here for lunch, so glad I did. Great food great service, and seeing the staff work together as a full team was very refreshing. They got a little bump of business while we were there and they handled it quickly and accurately
