We love that there are always new things on the menu to try, and watching the Facebook page for updates on the menu and events like salsa dancing and tequila tastings! “Daisy Pops is the cutest cake pop shop I have ever seen! I originally heard about them on the radio and knew I had to stop. I had one of their spring specials, a cinnamon roll cake pop. It was almost too cute to eat but I'm so glad I ate it because it was delicious! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and super friendly!“

“I had one of the best meals Tonight. We ordered the crispy goat cheese app. It was savory and sweet. I ordered the Kobe Meatloaf for my entree. It was served with pierogis, asparagus, mushrooms and had a delicious leek cream sauce. We also got a side of fries to share and they were wonderful also. Normally I don't order a dessert, but we all shared the brownie dessert and it was the perfect ending to such a great meal. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and all the employees were pleasant. Try this place if you haven't already!!“

“I had Barbacoa Tostadas and one of the chef’s specialties. Both were delicious and had some of their secret mild and spicy sauce on display. Apparently one of the chef’s handcrafts a new meal for their menu each month. So feel free to give them a try. My own folks loved them. Just remember to add water when ordering.“

I especially love the calm atmosphere and relaxing Thai music, and the owner/hostess is so friendly and welcoming. “We were in town for a concert and decided to stop by Ray's for a late lunch/early dinner. Ray's is a super casual townie bar. Service was quick and friendly. They offer a good variety of local beer options as well as old standards. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and onions rings. They were great, he said the burger tasted fresh off the bbq! I ordered the poutine fries - the serving is more than enough to share with a group and oh was it good. The meat was smoky and delicious and the fries were crisp- so good. We would definitely recommend Ray's and return if we're in town!“

“Went here for the first time for some macarons at a friend's recommendation! They were DELICIOUS and honestly quite large which I adored. Solid prices and the staff was oh so sweet. “Loved this spot! Got the salad + sandwich lunch special and was so impressed by the quality of the food and service. Stopped in for a quick lunch on my lunch break, but there were also plenty of people inside visiting with loved ones. Highly recommend!“

“I tried this place for the first time today. I was with a coworker who frequents here. He was acting like a pro to me with this place telling all about this and that...well, I finally got to the bottom of it. Yeah, he's been there a lot and can tell me how amazing the mac and cheese is....bc that's all he's ever ordered lol.Well, I ordered the buffalo wrap. I added tofu and subbed kalamata olives in place of tomatoes. This was a very fresh, simple and tasty meal. I am not from the area but am absolutely looking forward to the next time I am in. Grazers each day would even help me another way. I stop daily for a kombucha. They have that here, too. Everyone was friendly, and they came out and made sure our food was good while we were eating, which surprised me. The restaurant was very clean as well.Vegetarian options: When I say everything is vegetarian, it is not. But it basically is and you can add various proteins. Great spot, wish there were more like it.“

“Always super food! Portions are unbelievable and flavor is always good. I loved the fried shrimp. Also tried a bite of the lamb chops, prime rib, surf and turf and the lobster for my family’s plates and everything was delicious. Their lobster is better than anywhere else in my opinion. Simple with butter because the actual flavor of the lobster is so good it doesn’t need a lot of added seasoning. The only thing I did not care for was the sausage but that is because I am not a fan of spicy and it had a little spice to it. The decor is not fancy which is okay with me. I would prefer good quality of food over mediocre food because paying for a fancy atmosphere. Waitress was attentive and answered questions and accommodated my family’s crazy requests and preferences. If you like great food and leftovers the next day this is the place to go in Kent, Akron, Canton or Youngstown. Just make sure to check the hours or call to make sure they are open because hours have been shortened, the waitress said since COVID hard to find staff. Also no credit cards, only cash or check- always been that way for as long as I can remember. I am sure this is to help keep prices down due to all the CC fees. They do have an ATM there but you may have to pay a fee. I always just pick up some cash in the way. IT IS WORTH IT!“

The gals at the hostess station were sweet as could be~ fit me in , even without a reservation! Very sweet.Service was great! Being solo, I was able to observe a lot, and all the servers and workers were pleasant and hard at work! They were hoppin!Crab corn fritters were delicious and I was early enough to get then at the " happy hour" price. Thai Chili Salmon was delicious! Very tasty! My piece of fish was a bit small compared to others I saw eating same meal, but tasted delicious. Even the table next to me commented how big their piece of fish was.Lovely view, I will definitely go back and next time hopefully bring some friends AND make a reservation!“
