“The pizza was cold when it arrived. We live a 3 minute drive from the Domino’s on Wellington/Industrial drive. The driver seemed to be stuck somewhere along the route, as the tracker showed 1 minute away, but the delivery time kept increasing. We order a lot from this location, and have never had this happen before. Hope it was a one-off issue, because the pizza is normally piping hot and delicious when we order. We ordered via the Domino’s app, (order #135 Saturday Jan 13/23.) This was a smaller order than we normally place (one large pizza and 6 cans of coke), so we tried to compensate the driver by giving a 30% tip.“
