We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again”

“The food was great. the service was also great however I would suggest letting people eating chosing to tip 18% or not. I went there for the first time and budgeted to be able to go. I called ahead as well for pricing of what I would be ordering. Since it was a work event and there was more than 6 people they automatically put the tip on our bills. This is the one reason I personally won't go there too often. I have no problem tipping but it should be my choice how much and if I even do.”

I'm on the road a lot and when I get hungry before dinner and need a little something, if I see a Wendy's, a JBC hits the spot. This said, when we're looking for a dinner it's either the Baconator and Combo 2. Never a bad meal at this location.”

“I definitely give a 5-star to this store and the manager because of his extraordinary service. He is someone who’s willing to go the extra mile to help his customer. One evening I placed an online pickup order to this store location by mistake (turned out it is too far away from me), so I called right away to see if they could cancel the order. Unfortunately I was told the order has been prepared. Instead of doing nothing, the manager suggested to have my order delivered right to me. And he did, driving 10km just to bring the food to me. He only asked for a google review in return, but his kindness and professional attitude are beyond words. If you happen to read this comment, go show some love to this store. Cheers.”

Sometimes the waiting times may be long, and they do prioritize the drive-thru, but the staff do try their best with their limited resources to meet timelines. They can often be seen overwhelmed with drive-thru orders and mobile orders, but still face the in-person customers with the utmost professionalism and demeanor. Food quality is as-to-be-expected with a McDonald's.”
