“I went to Umai for dinner. I ordered rolls and they were very tasty. I would however prefer to have more fish in my sushi ? That's why I only gave a three stars. The restaurant appeared to have multiple regulars there because they called the staff by name. Overall the food was good. The staff was very friendly. Good service. I think it's a nice place to sit down and have some dinner with friends.“

“Had an incredible lunch at Asahi in Lansdale. Ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, which came with a miso soup and a ginger salad, rice, 3 dumplings, California roll, spicy tuna roll and a seaweed salad. I also ordered my favorite, an eel roll. All that for only $27. Very friendly staff! What a perfect and filling meal. I can not recommend this place enough!!! Try it and enjoy.“

“I had the sweetheart roll, salmon avocado, and eel avocado rolls were fresh amazing. The atmosphere is cute for date nights and was informed it's BYOB. There's other non sushi items on the menu too. My friend ordered udons and it smelled delicious from across the table. Definitely adding to my list of Lansdale eatery.“

“The food here is excellent. They have a variety of dishes to choose from. As someone who does not eat fish, there were also a good amount of non-fish sushi options. All of the kitchen entrees were fantastic. The hibachi steak was cooked to order. They also came with amazing sauces. The teriyaki chicken was also fantastic. They are onto something with their teriyaki sauce. Finally, their entree portions are smaller which is great because it allows you to try new things without waste. The sushi portions are regular roll size (not a negative). Overall, I am most upset with the fact that I do not live closer.“

This family owned restaurant has multiple member of their family, and it truly adds a personal touch. Joey was our server last night, and it was great to learn more about the restaurant - plus he made us laugh and just made our experience even better! “I’d heard about Ronin from a previous manager who would order their sushi and it always looked good. I was in the mood for Ramen and they came up in my search. It was a small shop, nicely decorated. Most people came for take out, there was a couple dining in when I arrived so it was nice and quiet. The food service was quick, everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. My bf ordered the shrimp and veggie tempura bento box, and a chicken katsu bao special. I ordered the Crazy Boy roll special and Shimp Tom Yum ramen. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.“

“Good food, but get there early. The place was a total madhouse at 5:30 on a Saturday. I'd describe the atmosphere as austere and hectic. Service was friendly, but clearly a bit overwhelmed with the endless stream of diners. But glad they're doing well.“

So much so, that she plans on bringing her crew there for their next hang. We ordered from the lunch specials- eel for me with particularly tasty miso soup- I could smell the smoky scent that tells me it will be flavorful & it was. I HAD to have the spicy tuna sandwich too-it’s still as delicious as I remember from quite a few years ago. My aunt had a beef teriyaki bento box from the bottom of the lunch specials list on the menu & she enjoyed that & everything else in the Boxed Lunch. I let her try my eel and the marinated daikon from the platter & she was surprised at how yummy they both were. Portions were generous too. The staff were very nice, and attentive. We couldn’t have had a nicer experience. We’ll be back much sooner next time.“
