Ordered online at 645 tonight. Online system said delivery at 730. Called at 8 after not receiving food. I was told it would be here shortly. Wife called at 815, it will be there shortly. Called at 837. Manager told me not to order from online system because the times it reports aren't accurate. Then the driver had a long trip and only one working. Told her we live by the BP station on 60, a 10 minute drive in traffic. Driver showed up at 848. Told him the food was free. He tells me they screwed up and didn't see the online order. Told him she blamed him and gave him a tip. Food was almost 2 hours from order to delivery. Manager blamed the driver. Driver blamed the manager....I will find another Chinese restaurant to give my money too. PS she also tried to get out of a refund telling me she would put a credit on our next order??? Then discovered she could give me a refund. I will be watching my checking account. Buyer beware....
