This is a relatively new restaurant with a great bloodline locally. It is another case where I wish we could award half stars as it deserves a 4.5. What they're doing is fusing bbq and Mexican, with outstanding results. It's a very limited menu, with a dose of a tapas approach. First time dinning at Little Coyote and it didn’t disappoint. The service was impeccable, The food was outstanding. This is one of the better places I’ve eat at in Chattanooga, and it might Possibly be the best. Brisket and New York strip was cooked to perfection. The shrimp appetizer was a pleasant surprise. I will be going here again and recommending to others.
