“Easily the best restaurant in Coppell. Food and service are excellent. Ambiance is as good as can be expected in a strip mall location. I had the pork chop--perhaps the best pork chop I've ever eaten. Lean, tender, juicy, with a wood grilled flavor as one might expect.“

“We went on a Wednesday and they had all-you-can-eat catfish for 17.99. It included fries, a few hushpuppies, and 4 large fillets. When you are ready for more, just go to the register. You can choose how many additional fillets you want. They have a nice menu full of choices from seafood to burgers. Drinks are self-serve. They offer beer and some liquor (margaritas). We also ordered dessert. I was happy the bread pudding wasn't made with raisins! I believe it had small pieces of apple..Parking: We got lucky and found a handicapped spot open. Otherwise, parking wasn't close.Wheelchair accessibility: Only a few handicapped spots but there are 2 by the flying fish entrance ramp. It's a fairly easy walk. If you had to push yourself in a chair - it's uphill and could be a struggle. The doors aren't easy open but there's enough foot traffic for help.“

“Me and my wife stopped in here to change it up for the evening. Tomas recommended the Risotto, it was delicious and the textures were amazing! His people skills were on point and he was quick with the quips. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Tomas.“

Not one time did they stop to greet us but greeted other tables. We love coming to Truluck's for celebratory events. This made us feel like we weren't welcomed. Today I had two encounters with Jarad and the Manager Desmond who made sure me and my family was well taken care of. Today was very busy when I came in but was greeted right away, there was a small wait time but once I was seated everything came out right away. The food was fresh and Hot. Desmond came over to my table to see how my visit was and I let him know great as usual. Please if you go to this location ask for Jarad and Desmond.“

“This is a staple in our rotation both at work and home. Getting an incredibly made fish plate (like the salmon - perfection) for under $25 at dinner is unreal. Their staff are so well trained - I have never had a bad server. The atmosphere is nice, calm and whatever you eat the quality is amazing. My favorites are the Salmon (either option), their Hawaiian chicken, or the burger if you want to be full for 2 days. Love this spot!“

“Great place for hand rolls & sushi! Been here a few times already and service has been good & food comes out shortly after you place your order. They use very fresh ingredients and each item is thoughtfully created for maximum flavor profile. Aside from the fresh fish, their rice and crab meat mixture are amongst some of the best I’ve had. I really like their hand roll combos. 3 hand rolls are usually plenty for me. My favorites are the Rainforest, the Blue Fish, and the Dragon Roll.Only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the 20% auto gratuity for a party of 6.“

“My Wife and I frequent beautiful restaurants like Kirby’s Steakhouse, but last night’s Kirby’s Steakhouse experience was phenomenal.From the front / reception with Astrid and her team to the appetizers / wine / main entrees / birthday dessert, facilitated by Korey, was an excellent evening.Korey’s knowledge, attention to detail, and astuteness to our questions was unbelievable. He undoubtedly knew all the menu items and articulated very clearly / carefully.The food preparation / presentation / taste resembled culinary artistry. The Kirby cocktail sauce was like none I’ve ever tasted, a unique blend of sweet and spicy ingredients.The Steak-n-Cake entree was unbelievable. The steak was very very tender, and could be cut with only a fork. I’ve never tasted a well done steak with a little crisp on the outside and very moist / soft on the inside. The lump crab cake and sauce was an awesome combination. This far surpassed any east coast entree I’ve ever consumed. “What a gorgeous little getaway in a busy nothing-to-do airport. Our server, Ricky? (Pretty sure that wasn’t his name but he was a young clean guy who served us towards the back of the restaurant) was a delight, my husband and I were astounded by his friendliness and good service, so much that we still talk about him. The atmosphere is elevated and it’s a bit of luxury in the midst of your traveling. The burger was a great value, my cup of gumbo and tiny tablespoon serving of rice wasn’t.“

“90% of the time I order Enchiladas Verdes de Pollo, because I love the flavor, spice, and mouth feel of their rendition of the dish. I also love the warm salsa they bring out with the tortilla chips. I keep coming back even though I've only had 5 or 6 of their menu options. It's a pretty welcoming atmosphere, comfortable, warm, and simple, with red tabletops. There are murals, paintings on the wall, and piñatas made by one of the chefs. Super friendly family run restaurant, service is warm and inviting.“

“This was the BEST DAMN BURGER I’ve ever had! The burger meat was moist and juicy, definitely not your average everyday texture! The bacon was slightly sweet and crispy. My choice of cheese was crumbled blue cheese with a side of sweet potato fries!!!! “Went to Empress of China last night. Great because my wife likes Chinese dishes and I prefer Japanese or Thai. They offer all three.Sandi had an egg roll and Kung Pao chicken. All were hot, fresh and delicious. Chicken pieces were good size and veggies were bright and crisp.I had a Rainbow Roll, a few pieces of Sashimi and Padd See Ew with Shrimp. The Thai flat noodles were great. Dish was sauced well but not too much and delicious. Sushi roll and Sashimi were all fresh and prepared well. Service was great. Nothing special about the ambience but restaurant was clean and well lit. We will be back.“

“Definitely some of the best airport food in country by far! Expensive? Yes. My chopped salad with salmon was $31. I didn't care because it was a corporate card expense. I'd hesitate to eat here on my own dime unless I had a long layover or some sort of delay. Salad was very good. Salmon was cooked perfectly. My only complaint is there were quite a few bits of brown lettuce and the white middles of the lettuce. Not attractive, especially at this price.“
