“Have tried numerous Top 10 TM bbq. I now understand why this place got the top spot. There is not a better Big 3 plate in the state. The brisket was perfect. Very light smoke flavor with a huge pop of basic seasonings with melt away texture. Turkey and ribs were awesome as well. Wait was super tolerable for a top 10 spot. got there at 830 on a Saturday and was plated by 1120. Worth a try at least once. Won't be disappointed.“

“Overall, great place and good food! I am not a BBQ specialist, but I brought family from Hawaii who wanted good "Texas BBQ". This is my first time here. The Big Daddy - disappointing. Not the value, meat, or taste for the price. Mine was pretty much charred fat with little meat. However, it did "slide off the bone", Texas style with ease. Strengths- the Brisket, pork ribs, loaded Mac & Cheese, Turkey sandwich, Potato Salad, Banana pudding are true marks of Texas and should not be missed.“

“So I stopped in here to meet up with some friends from out of town. They wanted a taste of some good Texas BBQ. I had never tried this place before. Usually, I prefer Cousins BBQ, but there wasn't one close to their hotel. I chose Woody's as it was close, and they had a great rating. The food here was AMAZING! They blow Cousins completely out of the water. The smokey taste in the meat, the sauce that stays with you even after the meal is done, all lead to an amazing meal. I will not be returning to Cousins. Woody Creek will get all of my BBQ business going forward. Treat yourself to Ana amazing meal and stop in for some great BBQ.“

“I tried to go there yesterday to eat lunch but the parking lot was full and so is the restaurant. I went by this afternoon to get enough beef and a couple sides so my wife and I could have a sandwich for dinner and we didn’t have to cook. They were almost sold out of everything at 1:30 . The owner heard what I was saying and ended up chopping me up the little bit of brisket that they had left and I got turkey and beans. Oh my God if you don’t try this place you are missing out on the best barbecue around here! Service was polite and very attentive, restaurant was clean, and we will definitely be going back! To top it all off- we finished off with the molten lava cake that was to die for!“

“I wish my first experience here was actually dining in but I ordered takeout instead. I did like the atmosphere though. The kid at the counter was super helpful but the Hispanic man kept mixing my order that I couldn't remember my own order! Idont know how that happens but I was a little annoyed. Overall, pretty good. My hubby loved it but I wished my first experience was a dine-in. Will go back to try the turkey... wish they served fried okra. That would be awesome!!“

However, the best part isn’t the food, it is the owner who went above and beyond to review his cameras and help us trace back to where my daughter misplaced her purse. “I love this place. Texas is usually wet bbq, but they make dry rub ribs here that are amazing. We had brisket (sliced and a chopped sandwich), ribs, hot links, and 1 of every side. Everything here is great. Best little dive bbq joint in Texas.“

“Texas Roadhouse is a lively place, especially on the weekend. Lots of families, birthday celebrations, etc. The food is always delicious. The staff are friendly & efficient. My family and I eat there all the time. Check it out. I believe you will go back again and again.“

“Good basic barbecue place. Very inexpensive. I had the stuffed baked potato with sliced meat. Also was able to get a plastic glass of wine there. The entire meal cost me under $15. Down home joint. Another customer was eating ribs, and they looked great. The barbecue sauce is good middle of the road: not too sweet and not too smokey.“
