I don't understand why it's so difficult to understand when a customer request a banana split be placed in a cup rather than a boat. What is so hard to comprehend about that. Then I was asked 3 times if I wanted a blizzard. A blizzard is not the same as a banana split. A blizzard is blended a and banana split in a cup is no different than a boat except ur makes is easier to drive. These workers need to learn to think of what is being asked of them. They also need to learn to not over talk the Customer and listen.
