Very rude staff. Especially the manager. I made a complaint and she didn't even care. Just gives you your order. Not even eye contact. Dropped my change right in the drive through. Breakfast was cold. No utensils with my breakfast. Horrible customer service. Food had no taste and was cold. Went back for utensils and to let manager know it was cold, took another 20 minutes! No apology. Will not be coming back to Howard Drive location.
