There needs to be better communication from the back where people are taking orders to the front. Also, confirm your orders and don't try to accuse customers who are being honest of stealing.

For some reason this location just can't seem to keep up with the ice tea demands. Every single time I've gone during the pandemic time, whether I order 1 or 4, after I pay, I pull up to the window to be told I'm sorry sir, we're out right now & it'll be 10 minutes before we have fresh, please pull forward. Well, if it only took 10 minutes, that would be great, but it usually takes 15-20. I just don't understand why they can't stay on top of their demand. When you were able to go into the store, this wasn't an issue. Their lack of concern is really annoying. Today, long, slow line, when I ordered I specifically told them to start brewing some so they don't run out, I got the ho hum, sure thing sir. Was it ready when I got to the window, nope. Same old story, same lackadaisical attitude. Whomever runs this location must not care how their store is ran. I'm done with this location, I'll go elsewhere.
