Walk in October 23 and there was a dead rat by the front counter's and the cashiers where laughing about it I tough they where going to pick it up right away but it stayed there for like 20 minutes after I said something about it that's disgusting

Bad experience today I stopped to buy a happy meal for my daughter. When I pulled up to order the speaker on the drive thru wasn’t work. I had to pull all the way up to order in person. I ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets and for her sides two bags of apples. What I received was disgusting... The 2 bags of apples were opened, totally frozen and brown, it was disgusting. If they know their apples are opened packages that are rotten and frozen why even sell them. After I told the worker she was not helpful and she didn’t even care to apologize.
