Really love their ramen! I used to live in Tokyo and had many ramen in the past. Their ramen is very delicious and dont forget to ask for extra garlic, this is my favorite ramen place in town!
Houston is really coming up on having fantastic ramen! I am a garlic tonkotsu kinda girl, and Ramen Moto did not disappoint nor skimp on the garlic. Very flavorful broth with lots of noodles and fixins, so you will definitely be full after.It is surprisingly pricey compared to other downtown ramen restaurants, especially if you want extras, but still worth it.

Ramen Moto is a GREAT alternative to other ramen shops that are in the area. We had the Spicy Black which was very good however the Garlic Tonkotsu was DELISH. If you like a spicier dish, I would recommend getting the Garlic Tonkotsu and add a spice bomb! The noodles were super good and bouncy (we swapped to thick noodles on both). Sub one star because I wish there were more veggie add-ins for your ramen to really give it a customized feel. The service was quick like most spots...read full review
