Stopped by this location for the first time this morning. I ordered and then the cashier asked how I planned to pay...I said credit card and then she told me that their computers were down due. Without hesitation, she immediately said that she would like to give me my smoothie for free because of the issue. She did not even ask if I had cash, if I wanted to come back later, nothing, just offered the smoothie for free. A friendly and customer service oriented employee!! Eureka!! I've encountered the "computers down" situation at other fast food places and the staff acted like it was my fault their system was down, asking for cash or telling me to go elsewhere when I said I did not have cash. I was so impressed with the service I received at this Smoothie King. These types of small gestures are what generate return visits and positive word of mouth and you can't buy that kind of positive publicity. I will definitely be back!!
