I ordered and she did not start my order she was doing another order with no one in line before me. Ruse. I had to ask if she started my pretzel. She said no.. bad customer service ?
The sandwich was good but I think that the bread was over cooked, it was very hard and looked as if it had burnt spots on it. I've had a lot of sandwiches from there and the bread was good. This was my first time getting this disappointing bread.
