TBH, the store was clean and the restroom was decent. My issue was the girl at the register. She never asked to help me and was standing there like she was waiting on me. So I ordered my nuggets and a cup of water, she punched it in and said the price so fast I couldn't understand her. She was talking but not to me. She had a headset on and was taking drive thru orders as well buy I didn't realize she wasn't talking to me until she responded with "we don't do that, we have bottled water and sodas, etc", and asked what they wanted. Basically, I'm having to figure out myself that possibly the drive thru customer also wanted water and responded to them, not me. She didn't give me a cup for water but held out her hand for my money, which I had to ask how much again because there was no display showing the price. I paid her and she slapped the order of nuggets on the tray with a random bbq sauce that I didn't ask for and she never asked what kind of sauce. She was done with me. She was facing away from me taking drive thru orders so I just had to speak up to get her attention and ask for sweet and sour sauce. She slapped it on the tray and went back to her business without even saying thank you or I'm sorry. Y'all need to retrain or hire someone who knows how to speak to people and acknowledge their presence. Your store would be so much nicer with the right staff.
