Servers, managers, chefs were all top-notch, and the food and drink were amazing.My *only* criticism was the proximity of the bar to the dining area. We could have done without the energetic goings-on at the bar, but it was a small nit-pick.In any case, we’re celebrating 20 years at the end of the month, and this is where we’ll be going!”

The kids each ordered a milkshake and wow, are they over-the-top. Neither could kid could finish theirs and they're usually milkshake machines. They were a sugar rush and completely decadent. You've been warned!”

It was absolutely perfect from the decadent Brioche bun, the rich crispy but light batter, the juicy chicken, perfectly sweet slaw and sauce with JUST the right amount of heat. When they sat it in front of me I didn't think I could eat it all it was so large.... but it was TOO PERFECT to not enjoy the entire thing. I only wish they were in Austin also. If your ANYWHERE within an hour of this place, it's worth the drive. The employees were also delightful, cheerful and appreciative. 50 STARS!!”

“If you haven’t visited Pollo Bravo, you need to stop what you’re doing a run here! The minute you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with a warm welcome. You can pick wherever you’d like to sit, and the waitress will bring you a menu. We usually start with the green plantains and the crispy taquitos. Each time I come (which is quite often), I try something different. Their food is always fresh and made to order. Their prices are fair and the quality of their food is out of this world! They are also family friendly, and have a kid’s menu. I have yet to be disappointed and I know you will feel the same, so the next time you are wanting to try something different bring your entire family!”

“This is the first time we've been in since the change in ownership and since we moved away. The atmosphere was more docile than I remember. Usually going in there was chatter everywhere, the baristas laughing with customers and customers talking with each other. It was just very quiet and everyone with their heads down in their own worlds. Sausage egg taco was very good and huge. The parfait was really good and they added honey to it for me with no issue. We got the Magnolia and Morning Glory. Neither disappointed. Coffee is just as good as before and I love the change in variety as well. Overall still a really great coffee shop and we will be back when we are in the area.”

With tip, dinner for 4 was $114, a bit steep for what we ate. There was a baby shower with live music in one half of the restaurant so it was difficult to have a conversation. I’d recommend they have menu service for those of us not desiring a buffet. Staff was pleasant.”

It was less than $12 to get a pound of crawfish, 2 potatoes, and 2 corn on the cob and it took maybe 10-15 minutes to make. I rate this place a 10/10!”

My boy’s mom (I’m the bonus mom) is the one that ordered so not sure how it was handled as far as making up for the missing salad but I can tell you the 11 kids loves the food! There was a lot leftover, so we froze it and they ate it for another party, they were so excited to know it was being served again!”

Dinner prices are more but the portions are also even larger.Also, as an aside, for this who may have visited in the past when they used to have a wet mop water smell that is also gone now!!Parking: Parking can be competitive directly in front of the restaurant. “Today was my third attempt at hoping to give this place another chance. Just as the two prior experiences it was horrible and the the absolute worst. It started with seating and continued to go downhill from there. The poor waitress, who by the way had only been on the job a week did her very best to try and save us from this disaster, how much can she do when she was only one of three servers working. The food was subpar at best and the think that a meal with an average price point of nearly $100 we would not have been served food to be eaten on Styrofoam plates and plastic forks. Three of four in our party ordered crab only to not be offered shell crackers or zippers, when we asked for some we were told they were locked in the office and the manager was in a meeting so she could not retrieve them! When we asked for the manager she offered an apology but confirmed this was the owner's policy, my guess is they must cost a million bucks to replace. The food was watery and luke-warm, the drinks had very little spirits and overall food was under seasoned. I beg you to NEVER wast your money or time on this place!”

“Update: I was contacted by the manager Tuan today who quickly rectified the problem. I went back today and just like old times the crawfish was on point. I definitely appreciate it.I love crawfish and usually love this place but tonight I was so disappointed. The sauce was watery with little flavor and the crawfish was so mushy that I threw over half of it away. For the price i just paid it was horrible. I will not be returning at least not to the pearland location.”

I was having a bad day and decided to stop by Hooters to grab something to eat. I was welcomed by Scarlet who had Great Energy and a Beautiful Smile. She took care of everyone around the bar with Exceptional Service making everyone feel Welcomed. It’s rare to find Genuine customer service at this level, coming from somebody who has been in some sort of customer service for almost 20 years.Also the 3 mile wings were on point, some Hooters don’t bread the wings very well, but the wings were perfect!Furthermore, this interaction helped turn my day around! ?Thank you Scarlet and Thank you Hooters Pearland, y’all made a difference! ??”

Christina usually is our server and she is great, but she was not working that day and Savannah did a great job serving us. “O M G! When I say this is the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten....I'm nit cluckin With you!! It was absolutely perfect from the decadent Brioche bun, the rich crispy but light batter, the juicy chicken, perfectly sweet slaw and sauce with JUST the right amount of heat. When they sat it in front of me I didn't think I could eat it all it was so large.... but it was TOO PERFECT to not enjoy the entire thing. I only wish they were in Austin also. If your ANYWHERE within an hour of this place, it's worth the drive. The employees were also delightful, cheerful and appreciative. 50 STARS!!”
