“I went with friends on a Saturday for lunch. It wasn’t crowded. The waiter must have forgotten about us because it took a very long time to put our order in. We were there for 2 hours for a flatbread and some salads.Parking: You can valet in the front. There is also free garage parking, but it’s a bit of a walk.“

“I am traveling on business and had the good fortune to dine at Bavette Grill last night. The experience was basically perfect from start to finish, and I will certainly be back! The service was absolutely outstanding, and frankly set the tone for everything that followed. I arrived perhaps only 15 minutes before closing time, and asked somewhat sheepishly whether the kitchen was still open. The hostess could not have been kinder or more welcoming as she answered in the affirmative and showed me to a booth. The busboy, who was super friendly and helpful, asked whether I wanted water, and he then brought it quickly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. The decor is tasteful and understated, the ceilings are high, and the dining area is spacious. The music was a mix of jazz and vocal covers of some of my favorite songs, including Clocks and Wicked Game. The volume was just right, too; audible and enjoyable, but not loud. My waiter for the evening was Kenneth F, and he provided outstanding service throughout the meal. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, and his service was attentive without being remotely intrusive. I did not feel rushed in the least, despite the late hour. It was he who recommended the French Dip Au Jus when I asked about a couple of alternatives, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the fries as well, and one of the other servers (he could have been a food runner) mentioned that they make their own ketchup. After I finished my entrée, Kenneth asked if I would like dessert, and then walked me through the choices. The chocolate cheesecake was simply amazing, and I can recommend it heartily. As I was leaving, I spoke briefly with the manager, to compliment Kenneth, and also to rave about the positivity and professionalism of the other staff who I had encountered that evening. When I was younger, I worked in restaurants as a busboy, dishwasher, pizza chef, and waiter, and I know excellent service when I see it. These employees seemed genuinely happy to be there, and they were engaged and attentive. The manager was grateful for the feedback, and he confirmed to me that what I described was the culture that they seek to foster at the restaurant. It shows!“

“Had a wonderful lunch with 2 of my (adult) kiddos. We chose outside and it was a beautiful sunny day. The patio area is so spacious and nice. I ordered the fish tacos. They were amazing. We had 2 apps that were cooked perfectly and fresh. Madison was our Twin Peaks girl. She was training another young lady. Madison is beautiful, friendly and provided wonderful service. The lady in training was great but didn't get her name. I reccomend stopping by. Twin Peaks is much more than just great views. The food is actually really good and the restaurant is clean.“

“Located in a parking lot (adjacent to a gas station) is a completely unexpected hidden gem called Sourdough Bread Deli just waiting to be discovered. A Yelp suggestion led us here and this place definitely did not disappoint.We were greeted by Veronika, the attentive and friendly owner, with a smile upon entering and explained that it was our first visit. She gave us a little background on the business and explained that everything is baked fresh daily! You place your order (and also pay) at the front (there is a Menu on the wall) and it is brought out to you when it is ready. We ordered two Unsweetened Iced Teas, a Potato Salad, a small Reuben Sandwich (for me), and a small Roast Beef Sandwich (for Mom). Also purchased a Chocolate Chip Cookie which lent a perfect balance of brown sugar and chocolate chunks. All dishes excellent! The potato salad was a creamy and comforting classic reminiscent of childhood and truly hit the spot. The combination of potatoes, boiled eggs, savory onions, and crunchy celery provided the foundation for and an accompaniment to a delicious meal. The Sourdough was well-balanced while providing the perfect contrast, a noticeable depth of flavor, and the sauerkraut, dressing, and pastrami was the glue that held it all together. In a word? Fabulous! AND...it looked JUST LIKE the picture on the website! Solid 5 stars! I would certainly consider ordering this again on my next visit, but would try either the Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Pesto & Avocado and perhaps the Potato Leek Soup.The food here is clearly the star of the show. Ambiance is not at all the focal point. The service is attentive and it is clear that management knows what they are doing. I could definitely see this as our first choice and Sourdough go-to for subsequent visits. From the time we entered to the time we left, we witnessed Veronika and other employees/staff members hustling with rollerskates on and fulfilling online and dine-in orders. Apparently, this place gets pretty busy during the week and even more so on Saturday (they are closed on Sundays), but we arrived here around 10:30AM on a Tuesday morning and were able to find a table with no issues.“

“We love to visit McNeal’s whenever we get a date night away, but we’ve also gone multiple times with our kiddos and they love it as well. Whenever Hubby wants to grab a drink with a friend or colleague, this is their go-to spot! Cannot recommend this place enough, great owners and of course food and drink is on point. “The steak was amazing. I have tried both the A9 Wagyu and the regular steak, both are excellent. The ribs were also very juicy, and Are seasoned well. The brisket is extremely tender and holds up on its own weight, but tears as soon as you bite into it. The halal certification makes it the best choice to go to as well.The only things I didn’t like was the cheesesteak wasn’t what I was expecting. It is still a great sandwich(7.5/10), but not quite what I’d expect from a cheesesteak. Absolutely positively delicious. They make a mean drink too! The mocktail menu (for those of us who can’t drink) was perfect and refreshing.“

“Mariposa has not lost its touch. After many years in operation, it is still a wonderful and inviting place for lunch. I had not been there for some time.We were glad to see that the setting is still beautiful and inviting and we also enjoyed the traditional and complimentary chicken broth served in a demi-tasse along with their famous brioche popover bread served with strawberry butter. The fish tacos were a hit along with other items on the menu. The food remains delicious and service excellent,“
