“I was craving breakfast tacos and found this place. Oh boy am I glad that I found this place, breakfast tacos were huge and had a good flavor in them. For the price and size of the tacos you will not be disappointed. It’s much better than tornado tacos or any other places. This is my new breakfast tacos go to place. Be warned their spicy salsa is spicy!“

“I loved ordering here when they were a food truck. Now they have their own building space! The food is super tasty. I always order their tacos and personally think their pastor (and food in general) is better than TJ Birria nearby. The workers are always kind and patient. I recommend trying them out.“

“Pretty amazing ramen. I wasn't expecting much when we got it but it actually ended up being a great interpretation of a Mexican Ramen. You get great dipping tacos with it. Overall if all the places I visited, this I think is the best experience.“

“I was working in Stafford. A friend who lives there and I had made plans to meet for a margarita during National Margarita Day. She suggested Eduardo's. The salsa is warm and not too spicy. The chips are not greasy. Big frozen margaritas are $5. They're pretty strong. We arrived at about 3 p.m. Lunch specials last through 4 p.m. That's great and rarely heard of. I ordered spinach quesadillas. They're $10.50. You get four with sour cream and a little bit of guacamole. They're pretty good. Our waiter was really nice. I'll definitely go back if in the area of Stafford.“

“I had chicken and steak fajitas for 2, and they were delicious. The meat was tender and juicy, and the portions were big. I've never has fajitas with big slices of meat as these. I also had a marg and it was good. We seated ourselves, ordered and received our food within 20mins.I'll definitely be back!“

“This is a solid little taco joint tucked into the back of a gas station. Normally, I'd avoid such a place, and this one was no exception for years, but after several people told me I was missing out, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The place is not much to look at, just a counter with a kitchen behind it, but looks aren't everything. There's a handful of ladies working various areas in the little kitchen, making tortillas, cooking eggs and proteins, running the cash register, chopping onions & cilantro, etc. The tacos here are great. I was grabbing breakfast tacos, so I went with chorizo and egg, bacon and egg, and potato and egg. The chorizo and egg was solid, but the thick cut, crispy bacon in the other taco was the one that really impressed me. My wife enjoyed her potato & egg and chorizo & egg tacos as well. Each one came with a little salsa container with more than enough for a single medium taco. I'd normally be giving a place like this 5 stars based on the service, price, and experience, but came back here a couple of weeks later and found that it was closed on a Saturday with no sign or explanation. The guy working the gas station side told us that they shut down for multiple days around the holidays but didn't seem to have any idea of specifically when other than that they would definitely be back the following Monday.“

“This place is a whole vibe!!! I placed an order over the phone, I was given suggestions of toppings. I was offered to pick up my order separately so I wouldn’t have to wait while other customers were placing theirs. Amazing customer service!!!!“
