I used the sonic app this morning to order my breakfast on the way to work. I put my order in ahead of time and the app said the payment didn't go through. I pulled up my bank account and it had charged my back account. I pulled up and hit the red button and talked to a manager. he said he would fix it. He came out and told me to call corporate and they would refund my money. I told him I didn't want my money refunded I wanted the food I ordered and expected to pay for it. My food was brought out and I explained to the car hop that I already paid. he went inside and came back out saying I would have to call corporate and get my money back. I told him I refused to pay twice for my food. I handed my food and drink back to him and he put it in the trash and went back in. The customer service here is horrible. The manager told me it happened to several people the same time it happened to me. I went across the street to MC Donalds using their app with no problems. They we're quick and courteous..

Sonic in Whitney still sucks out loud. I don't know why they can't get the orders right. I honestly can not think of a single time I have ever placed an order that it was correct. Tonight was no different. I ordered 2 "Chophouse" burgers and you can see from the receipt what's supposed to be on there. Both burgers were IDENTICAL. And both were wrong. The first pic is what they SHOULD look like, the second is what actually showed up in the bag. If we didn't live so far from town I would have taken it straight back. I swear, if they ever get an order right, I'll buy a lottery ticket!
