I was getting lunch for my son and his daughter after church before she left for her mom's. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 large fries for us. The kids working there jammed all of it in 1 bag fries were sticking out of the top. We were excited to get home and eat and after we unpacked the bag there were only 2 sandwiches mine and my sons. We called and told them what happen and offered to bring the whole order back but they would only make the 1 sandwich. By the time we got there and back home everything was cold as could be except for her cheeseburger. $31 Lunch was wasted. The kids at Ron's only gave me a half hearted sorry and when I asked to have manager call they took my number but I never heard a word from them. I waited 3 days for a call before writing this. Car show is great but I understand why they are empty all the time. Sure not like they used to be. This was the 3rd time things like this have happened.

I used to love this place. now the only reason to go here is for the cars in the summer. I had not gone to rons for months because the food has gone down hill and they didn't seem to be able to get an order complete. i gave them another shot sunday and nothing has changes. they stuffed all the food in one bag so we couldn't tell what was in the bag. got home and my kids burger was missing. by the time we went all the way back to get the burger, and them home again, all the rest of the food was cold. all we were trying to do was have a good lunch with my kid before she went to her moms, our mistake was picking rons for food. a mistake I wont make ever again. with so many other good local burger joints in the close vicinity, you would think rons would at least attempt to have good customer service or good food. instead the food is less than worth it and the employees could care less about the food or the customers.
