CHAN’S NOODLE HOUSE Located inside The Flour Mill oh man, I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint! we ordered the cucumber salad, spicy Wontons, pork and shrimp pot stickers (not pictured) and Chan’s noodle soup. All were very good and savory. The people working there were attentive and super friendly, One of the cooks even came out and asked if we wanted for her to split the soup into two bowls! The soups broth was light and not greasy. The beef was soft and cooked perfectly in the soup. My favorite dish were the dumplings, the outsides were crispy where it was seared and the inside was juicy, and the pork and shrimp filling was out of this world.
Sadly disappointing ramen. Beef broth was overly salty (and I looove salt), and tasted out of a can. There was no depth of flavor to it and beef just tasted like boiled meat. Pork dumplings were good, not great. Staff was nice, but overall would not recommend.
