I will begin by stating the food in this restaurant is good, but all that is overshadowed by the horrible customer service and terrible attitude of the lady who took care of our table. When she came to take our order, there was a dish that normally comes as a double portion that I was interested in and was wondering if they could do it as a single portion. Racism isn't alright, I won't be supporting this restaurant. I been eating here for over 6 years. New owners are not at all for the ppl.
They called 911 on myself and my daughter for complaining about inedible food. And demanded I pay for it. Customer service under this new ownership is beyond acceptable, the reviews don’t lie. House of Seoul in Airway Heights is your best bet!!
