Absolutely ridiculous service tonight! I placed an online order and after waiting for 40 minutes for delivery I called to see where my food was. I was told that I had chosen to have it delivered on 11/4 instead of 11/3. BS! I had an option to pick a time, but there was not an option to choose a date. So, I was told he would make the change and get it out to me. After another 27 minutes of no delivery, I called them again at 6:45pm and there was no answer. I checked online and saw they close at 7pm. I called them 4 other times between 6:45pm to 7pm with no answer. Absolutely ridiculous! This has ruined Jimmy Johns for me. I’ll be calling them tomorrow to make sure I’m refunded!
