Great airplane themed restaurant with classic American Diner options as well as some great unique items (looking at you grilled chicken, feta, and spinach omelets with Hollandaise). Interior themed with many airplane models and pictures of local aviation significance as well as just plain cool items. Adjacent to Felts Field runway so on nice days you get to experience many aircraft takeoffs during your meal.
Skyway Cafe holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite breakfast spots. Their eggs Benedict are simply divine, always cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I went here for lunch with a friend and it was great. Portions were great, flavor was great, and prices weren't too expensive. The cafe had really cool historic aviation decorations, as it's right next to Felts Field. I'd recommend going here.
