We haven't had KFC for quite some time and thought we'd order 2 buckets of chicken and coleslaw as we had friends over for a light dinner. The coleslaw was pretty good. The chicken though was very disappointing. It did not have the flavor we were expecting as compared to the original KFC spices. Everyone thought the coating had been thinned out a lot and virtually had next to nothing for flavor. The KFC in Airdrie is always a bit of a hit or miss, but it's the only one in town. The staff are nice, but it always looks like a bit of chaos behind the counter.My order was correct, but I always check to make sure, as I've learned the hard way.I must say I was pleasantly surprised that for the first time ever at this location, when I ordered on the app, the order was ready when I arrived. Typically, they wait for you to arrive, then make the order.Oh, the food was good as always...

Was disappointed, got a box meal for me and my SO to share and there was three drumsticks, a thigh, a half filled fry and they missed the popcorn chicken.To add to it, the men's washroom was in disarray, toilet doesn't flush, and the paper towel dispenser didn't work.
