Thought my children were eating incredibly ooey gooey cheesy pizza, only to find out after they finished that it wasn't stringy cheese but completely raw pizza dough. They insisted I drive across the city for a new pizza after I called for a refund. Finally they said they'd send a new pizza, only for it to arrive burnt on top and raw dough (though not as raw) underneath. I was as mad as Gordon Ramsay receiving raw chicken but really tried my best to be pleasant when I called back. They insisted they made it right by sending me a new pizza.... Seriously?! Then said they'd only refund $20 of the $32. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and asked to speak to the manager, to which the employee said yes and hung up. Called back, the employee said I was to come the next day to speak to the manager and finally agreed to give me a refund. Not trusting anything being said, I packed up the burnt pizza and raw pizza scraps and returned to the store for a refund. They had absolutely no empathy or care that children ate completely raw pizza... I guess I should have paid closer attention to what was under the toppings but have never been served raw pizza before... What a joke...!! They insisted I wasn't telling the truth so I'm keeping my promise of showing proof on social media.”

“Went to the pizza shop to watch superbowl 2024. The atmosphere was cozy, service was amazing and fast. We had wings ( I think a superbowl special), cheesy garlic bread and all meat pizza. As soon as i am off my diet, this will be my new spot for pizza! There were 3 tv's to watch the SuperBowl on so we could view the game from whatever spot we chose to sit. Thanks for having us! “Just wanted to do a BIG shout out to ZENBU sushi restaurant! My boyfriend and I went there the other weekend while we were in town and they were SO GOOD. Lots of the menu can be made gluten free. You HAVE to state what you want made gluten free so that they know to make the right modifications. They even have gf soy sauce. I would definitely call this place celiac safe as they were very careful. Some of the BEST Sushi I've ever had! We will definitely be going back and I recommend you try it out. My favorite restaurant in Airdie by far!”

It's definitely busy consistently, and either a large staff or high turn over. I dont see regular staff there like I do at the edmonton trail location. Its always been clean when I go inside. And very rarely do they get items wrong on my order when I use the mobile app (I usually order for 5-6 people and some want no onions, some want plain, some want extra pickles etc). I find that this parking lot is better than the Edmonton trail, and easier to get to (edmonton trail 1 way situation is a pain if coming from the south). The only reason I avoid this one is if there is traffic issues with Yankee blvd.Also doesnt seem to have a "high school lunch rush" like most McDonald's... its just consistently busy all the time though.No play place for kids if your wondering.Parking: Its located in a strip mall, so lots of additional parking. I think because of the fast food nature of it, Ive never had trouble finding a spot right infront of the restaurant though.Kid-friendliness: They used to have a games day.Happy meals always a win.No play place.”

Definitely stop in, you won’t be disappointed !!”

“Shout out to Cobs Bread Towerlane. I was taking a palliative patient to the hospital. She was reluctant to go because of some things, one of which being the food. While getting into the ambulance she jokingly asked if we could stop by Cobs to pick up a custard scroll and a coffee. I decided to swing by there on the way to the hospital to buy her a couple, and it turns out it’s something they only make on Saturdays. I asked if there was something similar I could get for my patient, and the lovely ladies working whipped up a couple makeshift pastries in the back and gave them to me on the house. It put a huge smile on a lady who was having a pretty rough day. Thank you.”

Since we were feeding 5 we asked for the food to be packaged buffet style instead of 5 individual dinners. My family was ALL thoroughly impressed! The dinner came with two large containers of fresh, hot, roasted and sliced turkey (one container of dark meat, the other of white), a large container of each side: mashed potatoes, dressing, mixed steamed fresh veggies (carrots,broccoli & cauliflower), a container of cranberry sauce, two containers of turkey gravy and five dinner rolls. All of the food was piping hot and fresh. The VERY generous portions of turkey were perfectly carved and succulent slices just like home made. My family loved the dressing and the vegetables were perfectly steamed. I couldnt believe how much food we were given! Our only complaint was that the gravy was TOO good so next time we will order extra lol!! We paid $21 per person and it was well worth the cost considering how much money and time it would take to make it all ourselves. I am disabled and unable to cook a big Christmas meal like I used to, and this year I didnt feel guilty about it because we all LOVED our Christmas eve dinner. We all know that the best part of turkey dinner is having left over sandwiches for days after, now we have plenty! Thankyou so much for an amazing meal and helping make Christmas so much less stressful for this old grandma :)”

And very rarely do they get items wrong on my order when I use the mobile app (I usually order for 5-6 people and some want no onions, some want plain, some want extra pickles etc). I find that this parking lot is better than the Edmonton trail, and easier to get to (edmonton trail 1 way situation is a pain if coming from the south). The only reason I avoid this one is if there is traffic issues with Yankee blvd.Also doesnt seem to have a "high school lunch rush" like most McDonald's... its just consistently busy all the time though.No play place for kids if your wondering.Parking: Its located in a strip mall, so lots of additional parking. I think because of the fast food nature of it, Ive never had trouble finding a spot right infront of the restaurant though.Kid-friendliness: They used to have a games day.Happy meals always a win.No play place.”

“Not your average review, we were in the drive through waiting to order when we were rear ended :( 4 of us in the car including a new born and a 4 year old. Everyone was okay but my 4 year old was very upset about it all and the manager from the restaurant was extremely kind. He made sure we were okay, got us waters and food and setup a table inside to get out of the heat for my son to play at. They were very helpful in settling him down and making sure everyone was taken care of with what they could offer. Great service above and beyond for a not so regular day in the drive thru.”

“Coffee was hot, crowded with High schoolers at lunch, floor was pretty dirty, staff were friendly, Had a honey crueller and a dutchie. They were soft and very sweet, tasted almost the same.”
