I was so delighted by my lunch here that I came back for more the next day. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the space was clean, beautiful, and welcoming, and the food was magnificent. Considering its placement in both Banff and the Fairmont, the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality.I would absolutely recommend stopping in here, even if you aren't staying at the hotel.
Great spot for a bite, there sandwiches are top notch as is there coffee. The retail was a surprise I was able to pick up a few gift items for family members, the Camp Four candles were a hit with my sister-in-law and niece. The Rundle purple gin impressed my brother. Differently a place to visit while in Banff.
Great spot for a quick stop for grab and go food and drinks.

I loved this shop. Plenty of seats in a very cozy lounge setting. Good breakfast options. Also a great place to pick up some last minute souvenirs like maple syrup and chocolates. Would have given 5 stars for all categories if the wait time was shorter. But overall we are glad that we decided to come for a bite before driving back to Edmonton.
Nice enough staff, good latte, extortionate and sneaky pricing. I just paid $4.20 for a granola bar….no price labelling for most items. The rest of the pricing $21.00 for latte and breakfast seemed like an appropriate amount of gouging for captive clients.

We stopped in for breakfast before our spa treatment at the Willow Spa in the Banff Springs. The salmon bagel and breakfast sandwich hit the spot! And the sitting area has such a nice vibe. Would definitely come back again and try lunch next time!

The pastries are delicious and the tea is yummy- everything is a bit overpriced as you would expect in a hotel.I did like the options of juices and kombucha, the food options sell out pretty quickly so I didn't get to try much. They do have soggy biscuits as well!!
Very convenient to have in the lobby! Prices are reasonable especially for being in the Fairmont. Can order ahead online:silverpay.app/fairmont-b…

It was well stocked. ;)It's nice to have a healthy and delicious takeaway option, albeit at Fairmont prices. When we checked into the hotel, they decided to offer us free breakfast and parking - amazing! One morning my daughter wanted to lie in, so Stock allowed us to takeaway her breakfast for free, while my husband and I had the breakfast buffet elsewhere. They do have a recipe book available and strive to help with food requirements. Much appreciated.

The place is located inside Fairmont Springs Banff. It's a great spot for a quick bite. It has plenty of options. The service is pretty fast and the staff is friendly. I had ordered a chicken Caesar sandwich and it was very fulfilling as a lunch for me. Would definitely recommend. You can order online to skip the line

WE were driving our friends from the UK around Banff Townsite. Stopped at the Fairmont to take a look around, and decided that since it was lunchtime we would try the Stock Food and Drink for lunch. Each couple split a Panini Sandwich, and the staff was very accommodating in giving us spare plates. The sandwiches were quite tasty and the service was very good. My only suggestion would be that they do something to make the look of the meal more appetizing. Just having half a sandwich plopped on a plate with absolutely no garnish made the meal a bit less tasteful ( at least to the eyes). A bit of parsley, a pickle, or any garnish at all would have made the meal a lot more memorable.
