A beautiful brunch buffet with exceptional mountain views. The Vermillion Room is located in the Fairmont which gave us a lot of grounds to explore before and after our dining experience.Food was really good and service was exceptional. Special thanks to James for making our anniversary celebration so special!
Four years ago we started our stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, with dinner at The Vermillion Room which was awesome. This year, on our return, we had to do the same. It was even better. My wife and I are occasional cocktail drinkers, so far from experts, but as the cocktail menu was so beautiful we had to give it a try. 1 Derby Bird and 1 Old Fashioned Amigos, and we were sold.
