What I love about A&W is that this is the only fast food restaurant that would delivers my order to the table and offers to refill coffee. I always leave tips at their counter.
The salad was soooo good! Crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bacon crumbles, croutons if you want them, your choice of dressing (can't go wrong with Ranch... and they give you two). I don't remember if there was more to it but it was good and the portion was generous. For just over $10 I suppose the price has increased like everything else but it was worth it.
