Stupid guy on the phone doesn’t understand what I’m saying. I called in asking to add cheese on my burger and he keeps telling me contact Uber I order from a&w every second day and somebody does add it for me and I get updated with Uber for extra charge. He left me on phone for 5 minutes serving a customer. Doesn’t even understand English
This location is still running the bag scam. Even though the courts have struck down the attempt to charge for bags, and the city announced they will remove the bag scam.. this location is still charging 15c for bags even though they already collect this in the price of the food. Even though I argued and didn't get charged, we will not come here anymore due to the fraud.

The A&W in Balzac is by far the worst of all the stores I have ever been to. I dont think a single person working there even speaks English ?. Rather drive 15 mins into airdre then go to that place again.
