Great Nashville fried chicken spot right on 17th. Food quality is on point, and a bit lower cost than some similar alternatives.I had the second hottest chicken sandwich and it was a good level of spice for me (I generally like quite a lot of spice).
I’ve had flirty bird and this place was similar so I decided to give it a try. Seemed like a run of the mill place with not much to it with a modern black interior and colourful menu. Service was great the lady who took our order was smiling and making jokes about the hottest spice level, I was inclined to try it but the second she mentioned a favour I realized I value my life a little more than a one time experience. I had the 3 chicken strips with fries and it was D-LISH. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the coating was crispy and full of flavour. The fries were crispy and not greasy. Nailed it!!I went with the medium heat and that was the right amount of heat. Got the nose running. Anything more would have been too much and I like spicy food.
