My favourite location by far. The food is good at almost all locations, but this location has the BEST staff. They’re always happy, friendly, so sweet, and go way above and beyond. Just now the sweetest girl that worked there made me brown rice sushi (I was in a bind before a soccer game) FROM SCRATCH (she offered!) ps. It was delicious ;)
Really the only thing that can ruin the chicken teriyaki at Edo is the rice. Last two times I've been there, same result. The world's softest, mushiest, texture-less rice. Cooked twice as long as needed to be I'm sure. I mean Edo's really the bottom of the food chain for Japanese cuisine it's a gut fill at best but the QC needs to improve at this location. No wonder Ryan hasn't downloaded the app yet...

Please have your cooks wear hair nets. There were two servers today when I visited, both had long hairs freely hanging down while prepping meals. Their hats served no purpose. One was constantly scratching her head and stroking her long hair while cooking.
