Poor customer service. The new local restaurant forgot to give us rice with our dishes. I sent customer service a note. After one month of not replying to my follow ups they finally replied asking me for my receipt. It’s one month later I dont have the fast food receipt. In reality if the restaurant couldn’t give me the rice how do we even know if they gave me a receipt! Anyway I was promised that I could go in and ask the manager for a bowl of rice I already paid for. Again issue is not the mistake of no rice. It’s the poor customer service. There are 5 other Indian restaurants in the area who will be getting my business. This location just opened in Tecumseh Ontario and I feel bad for them if their customer service support keeps pushing away customers.
