The customer service is amazing and the evironement has an adorable 50s vibe, however the burgers left something to be desired. The burger was so saturated with juices that the meat was falling apart and the bun became soggy. The craft soda is a must try, definitely worth the price. No longer Kane's Harley Diner. New owners... now Jams Diner. We were there for the 'soft opening' and things did not run smoothly. We'll wait a month or so and try again.
