I had doubts on how a vegan cake would taste knowing through other precious experiences, it was only ...ok. nothing spectacular. Kashew bakery is unlike any vegan bakery I've ever tried - moist, delicious and still dense. Ordered the lemon cake online (a very easy straight forward process) and paid online as well. The lemon taste was super strong but just enough that you do taste it and isn't sour. The cake itself also isn't too sweet (where it feels artificial). Everything was balanced just right.Visited this spot bc as they are vegan, it is a dairy free whip cream they use. Everything tasted wonderful and just as luxurious. The pricing was VERY reasonable as well.Located inside Lina's market - go to the dessert pastry counter and ask for the cake pick up. They also have things available in store but not the large cakes. Highly recommend coming here and ordering. Super friendly service as well.

Everything I have tried has been sublime, including the cookies, artisan breads, cakes and the Christmas Yule Log was life changing. One of the best desserts we have ever had. The best cakes! Vegan or not. I love the attention to detail and the cakes are moist. Also, it was the most affordable and tasty for vegan cakes. I also enjoyed their pies as well.

Amazing vegan treats that dont taste vegan! I love their cinnamon babka the most, but also am usually tempted by their danishes and cinnamon buns too. Their bread is amazing, and I only just found our they do PIES and mousse and refrigerated pastries too. Love love love love Kashew! Thank you for making such delicious allergy friendly treats ❤️❤️

The vegan carrot cake was much better than the normal carrot cakes I have eaten till date. It was moist and yummy. Even the icing was not too sweet. I would rate this cake 15/10. Just loved it.

Excellent! A friend bought me the lemon tart, the tiramisu and the black forest trifle. Each one was extraordinary. They do not even taste vegan! So so so good.

We ordered the carrot cake and it was perfect! One of the best cakes I have ever had, and all my family members loved it! It was not too sweet and the cream was so light and delicious! We will be getting all our cakes from the Kashew Bakery!
We got the Black Forest birthday cake from Kashew Bakery and it was delicious as well as beautiful! Cherries were tart and cake was not too sweet - just right. I highly recommend it, even if you’re not vegan!

I had to pick up the order a bit earlier than the website's default, and the staff were very accommodating which was much appreciated. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

While desperately looking for an eggless cake all across Calgary bakeries, to celebrate by wife's birthday, I came across Kashew Bakery on Google search. Their products being 100% vegan, met my requirement of eggless preparation. The co-owner was very kind to take a rush order and bake me a lovely Chocolate Ganache cake. The sweetness was perfect and it tasted absolutely out of the world. Looking forward to place more orders on occasions to come and support the vegan cause in whatever little way possible.
