I had doubts on how a vegan cake would taste knowing through other precious experiences, it was only ...ok. nothing spectacular. Kashew bakery is unlike any vegan bakery I've ever tried - moist, delicious and still dense. Ordered the lemon cake online (a very easy straight forward process) and paid online as well. Without a doubt the best bakery I have ever been to in my life, hands down. Everything I have tried has been sublime, including the cookies, artisan breads, cakes and the Christmas Yule Log was life changing. One of the best desserts we have ever had. The staff are the sweetest,nicest and generous people you can imagine. We order from this bakery for every important event in our lives. If you havn't been here, come ASAP and thank me later ?
