This is my favourite place for Katsu and pretty much any other food. The staff is always kind and welcoming. You should definitely try the King’s Katsu and the Snow Katsu, last one is extremely flavourful and cheesy.
A very quaint spot in Kensington with some fantastic Katsu dishes. When I went they told us that the cooks were out for lunch and offered us free drinks. Well worth the extra wait for such comforting food.

Can't rave about this place enough!! Go early as they fill up FAST and don't have many tables.They make the best Katsu in Calgary with lots of attention and love in each dish, even down to the panko crumb that they make in house. Portion sizes are generous and I always have leftovers! I usually get the pork Katsu ($16.95) but they also have other options like chicken, cheese and shrimp.
