I have been visiting McDonald's for a while now, and every time I come in, I always have the pleasure of being greeted by Kateryn. As a Ukrainian refugee, Kateryn brings a unique perspective to her work, and it shows in the way she treats her customers. Visited yesterday and the staff were great. Our order was annoying 12 junior chickens, 3 cheeseburgers, 4 large fries and 8 tap water. I could see it in their eyes that this was an annoying order, but they smiled through it and remained very pleasant. And there were no mistakes on the order. Excellent job!!

I went back to get my food replaced then when I showed up the guy in the kitchen was eating food then proceeded to make my food and others in drive thru, not what I wanted to see today. Only gave 2 stars because the manager was really nice and replaced my food for free.
