Mc Donalds has the problem of bad service, I don't know why all the employees serve so badly, not only in this store, in the university store it is worse and if someone arrives at an address they treat them as if they were asking for free food, the truth is At MC Donalds you only enjoy the food when you want to eat MC Donalds, but you have to be prepared for bad service, not all employees are bad, they have about one good one per store, if it were for service I would never return to any McDonalds, It seems like they have a motto of bad service.

When they ask you if you want a bag say yes.I didn’t get a bag and my hashbrown were sitting directly on the container they use to pass you the food. (5 second rule I guess). I’m assuming they use this for a lot of customers in a row and everyone is touching the surface to grab their food.It didn’t seem very hygienic.

I went to 16th Ave NW MD. The time was ok the server did a good job. I really love dogs but I not agree to eat with a dog on my table. It is a difficult situation to control but, it situation has done this MD one I will not visit again.

There are 10 people in the kitchen but they don’t know what to do if 1 person goes on break.Usually this location is fast and quick, but they will click “now serving” and then the customer has to wait 20 minutes. I saw someone wait 10 minutes to be handed a cup…I’ve tried drive through, dine in, order out. There are double the people, but none of them know what to do. It does not matter the time.McDonald’s corporate would be very happy I think if they ever visited this location. (I’m joking)

Just an average McDonald's restaurant, but the tables and chairs seem to be dirtier than most. The service here is fine along with the taste of the food. Nothing to write home about but it's fine. Decent amount of parking as well.

Mcdonalds keeps hitting it out of the park. Quarter of hundred patties only $1.60 each one I don’t even think Bugs Bunny can eat that cheaply and it’s just delicious. No wonder McDonald’s is as big as the universe.

Placed an order on the app for a breakfast meal. I had a coupon. Allowed to customize my order and it went through 10:50ish. Was stuck in the queue and clock ticks 11, i’m being told breakfast meal isn’t available anymore. What a waste! No wonder people disrespect drive thrus and thanks for not giving the meal. You guys are really doing a good business. Freaks! Shame on your services
