Disappointed with my recent visit to Westbrook McD. The fries I received were soggy and burnt. It's totally unacceptable to get these kinda fries from a really big store. Moreover the manager ( bald and was wearing blue colored shirt) has some attitude problem, talked rudely made me feel like I am getting it for free. Really unacceptable behaviour from him. Not recommending to anybody. Look at the way he gave me fries, spreaded all over the tray, is this the way to serve fries?
the balding Indian manager is an A- hole. I went to pick up a DoorDash Delivery 9AM IN THE MORNING and since they usual provide bags and my bag is too small for the McDonalds bag, so I didn't bring in my bag. The other employee was about to give me the order which was already in a bag but the Indian manger insisted that i have a delivery bag, i went back and got the bag and he said he's blocking me from the getting the order because i said polity to him earlier that my bag is...read full review

I was buying food for my family. My wife was asking some hot water for her cup. They refuse do that other than you buy their cup. After 2 sec the manager Yassine (name), was told us, if we are not buying their cup then the hot water machine is broken, straight up lie. Luck enough the other girl manager there stop the lie and give us the hot water.This is not right at all and just want to share that for everyone.
