I stopped by with my father pretty late, around 10:30-11pm. We went and sat down at a table and was a bit confused by how long it took to get our menus. Maybe it was because we had to order at the counter? Not sure because it's our first time and didn't get any direction or help on that. Really excellent Ramen! One of my Ultimate comfort foods. The portion was absolutely perfect, the broth was rich and smooth. I really enjoyed the soft boiled eggs which were cooked to perfection. The pork cutlet was Crispy, but not dry. Sushi is also pretty great, About what you would expect for a decent sushi. The tuna was soft, and buttery, and the ingredients fresh.
