It was our first time ordering from here. We had Papa Johns at a party recently and enjoyed it.When our pizza arrived, our pizza was missing the pepperoni. We called to inform, thinking at most they'd refund the missing toppings to rectify the issue. However they were accountable for the error and made a brand new pizza and had it delivered ASAP. This was such a surprise to us! Great customer service and made our day much better!Will definitely continue ordering from here.

***Update: The manager at Papa Johns Richmond called me today, and was very understanding. He was quick to rectify the situation. This is the kind of customer service that makes a place worth coming back to.Initial review: I placed an order for pick up and waited in my car outside until the app notified me that the order was ready. When I went down, they told me only one of the pizzas were ready even though the app said, my order was ready. I Patiently waited another 5 minutes until the other one was done, went home only to discover there was pepperoni on my Donair pizza. We cannot eat pepperoni. I called and told them that I ordered a Donair pizza and a lady said yes pepperoni comes on a Donair pizza. I told her I have never heard of that, of all the pizza places I have ordered from pepperoni does not come standard on a donair pizza. She told me there’s nothing they can do. She offered no compromise or resolution. So the pizza went in the trash and I have contacted Papa Johns headquarters. Ridiculous service to a long time customer. I will be going elsewhere as it seems not only has the pizza been going downhill but the service as well

Beware. I had guests drop by unexpectedly, so I ordered from Papa John's, Glamorgan. In my 54 years on this planet I have NEVER had such skimpy, rotten ingredients assembled and delivered as pizza. Packed immediately out to the garbage!! and ordered elsewhere. Others need to be made aware.

Love this location. I do a lot of lunch and learns for work and they do a great job recommending and being flexible on pick up times as sometimes I need to pick up before they open to get to my meeting.I will continue ordering from here!

The food was ready on time for pick up, however the buffalo wings we ordered were over cooked and the sauce barely pouredOn well. Over all, I doubt I will order from them again.

Pizza was wonderfully made and made in good time however when I went to pick it up I was very disappointed as there was one employee answering 3 phones, handling all online orders and making the food. He was clearly over worked, frustrated and was very apologetic, which it is not his fault that he is working all alone.

How hard is it to put pepperoni on a pizza? I would guess it's the most common pizza made. To make my experience even worse, Skip refused to fix the situation and gave me no refund, no credits, not even a partial credit to make up for my paying for a pepperoni and ending up with a cheap, tasteless base pizza. Completely disgusted and angry at both companies. Will never order a Papa Jonhs and deleted my account with Skip. Awful.
